Telstra recently declared the next stage of its 4G technology use in Newcastle, the ultra-fast 4G wireless coverage that extends a figure of new districts in the upcoming months. Telstra Area General Manager Chris Cusack stated that the forthcoming development would bring coverage of 4G to environs such as Callaghan, Jesmond, Lambton, Mayfield West, Waratah West, Broadmeadow, Georgetown, Kotara East, Mayfield and Waratah.
Mr. Cusack said the jump in Internet speeds accessible in 4G, customers can transmit HD video and music over the Internet, download songs faster, video chat with less disruptions and take pleasure in Internet content conventionally limited to a fixed home or business Internet access while driving.
